Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update
Cultivate Hopkins is now complete. The draft plan represents the culmination of over two years of planning, engagement, research and community conversation on a broad vision for the community. Residents, businesses or other stakeholders are encouraged to comment on the plan and help set its implementation priorities through the Draft Comprehensive Plan web pages until March 12, 2019.
