Kids' Fest is February 4

Despite the warmer weather, Kids' Fest is still on for this Sunday February 4, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at the Minnetonka Community Center. Hosted by Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services, this free event features a variety of fun activities, including horse-drawn trolley rides, bonfires, Kidsdance DJ, face painting, Bingo and more. Kids dog sled rides have been canceled due to current weather conditions. Concessions will be available for purchase. The event includes both indoor and outdoor activities, so dress accordingly. Dog Licenses Required in Hopkins

The City of Hopkins requires all dogs be licensed in Hopkins as soon as it is six months old, even if they have a valid license from another jurisdiction. Proof of spaying or neutering, a rabies tag number, and an expiration date of a rabies tag must be shown before a license is issued. Find more information and submit an application online.
