   The Hopkins Police Department strives to be responsive to the community and welcomes your feedback concerning the performance of our officers.

   Members of the HPD Command Staff thoroughly investigate complaints from the public regarding officer performance, both individually and collectively.

   You are welcome to submit this form anonymously, however we will be unable to follow up with you regarding your concerns.

   Form submittals are monitored during business hours, Monday through Friday.

   If this is an emergency or you are reporting a crime, call 911.
